Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and report the overall project status to responsible Project Engineer/Project Manager to ensure subcontractors and their workers to achieve the committed objectives;
  • Coordinate the work programme with client, subcontractors and other affected stakeholder to ensure projects can be delivered on time;
  • Execute and ensure operating activities are in line with the project requirements including relevant specified performance pledges, safety, quality and services standards.

Requirements - Qualification:

  • Certificate or above in Civil and Building Services Engineering disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years or above relevant working experience in construction industry; preferable with experience in maintenance or A&A;
  • Holder of Valid green card; preferably with certificate in Safety Management;
  • Holder of Technically competent person (T1) certificate is preferable;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation and MS Office;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Good interpersonal, communication & problem solving skills.
