We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Form Delivery and Assurance Officer


Principal responsibilities

  • Produce electronic forms in accordance to user requirements and upload on designated platforms
  • Standardize and optimize the form layout for ease of use by bank staff and customers
  • Gather and verify data/information, analyze business problems, and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of forms
  • Help to establish standards and guidelines on form design for different business/function units across the Bank
  • Develop forms embedded with logic to improve error-free rate and to enhance user-friendliness
  • Assist in monitoring projects for form developments
  • Perform the form assurance role to safeguard the Bank's interests
  • Work with suppliers to administrate the replenishment flow for printed items



  • Diploma or Associate Degree in related disciplines
  • Minimum of one year's working experience with banking knowledge preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • A proactive team player and attentive to details with the ability to resolve problems and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Experience on publishing software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat and LiveCycle) would be an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
