Your area of ownership

  • You receive, process and follow-up on all retrieval requests and disputes processed from Mona.co-cards and also card-payments in which we act as a merchant
  • To allow us to scale economically you bring in automation
  • You work together with the fraud and risk teams to reduce the chargeback to an absolute minimum
  • Maintaining a clear reporting structure and dashboard on the disputes, exposures and losses
  • You monitor trends and risk in order to advise on improvements to keep losses under control
  • You provide responses to queries from internal and external parties on specific disputes

You have

  • Solid understanding of chargeback and dispute management and how to handle them on an operational level
  • Worked in environment in which card schemes excessive chargeback programs have occurred and you have extensive experience in managing this
  • Background in operating typical chargeback platforms and different 3rd party data-brokers related to chargeback prevention / combating
  • Ability to work in a growing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and passionate about chargebacks, disputes, fraud prevention and new technologies
  • At least 4-year experience in chargeback and dispute handling, preferably in a Payment Processor, Alternative Payment Provider, PSP, Acquirer, Issuer, Gaming / Gambling, Forex, e-com merchant
  • Excellent verbal and written English
