Fresh Food Manager / Assistant Fresh Food Manager 新鮮食品部經理/助理新鮮食品部經理


Job Responsibilities 職責:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations in Fresh Food Department
  • Ensure key financial metrics are met across the Fresh Food Department including Sales, Profit, Shrinkage and Cost Control
  • Monitor the food quality, stock inventory and in-store visual merchandising to maximize sales performance and enhance customer experience
  • Lead & provide training and coaching to team members to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
  • Identify customers’ needs and new food trends

  • 確保新鮮食品部門的財務指標達至預期目標,包括:銷售、盈利、損耗及成本控制
  • 監管食品的質素和庫存量及店舖陳列以加強銷售表現及優化顧客購物體驗
  • 領導及為店舖同事提供培訓及指導,以建立一支主動積極及具高效生效力的團隊
  • 了解及分析顧客需要及食品新趨勢


Requirements 入職要求:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in retail, F&B, or service industry
  • Strong commercial sense and customer oriented
  • Good organizing, communication and leadership skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Fresh Food Manager

The successful candidates may take “Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4)", a recognised qualification equivalent to Associate Degree level under the Qualification Framework. In addition, you may take “Professional Diploma in Retail Management (QF Level 5)", a program jointly developed by A.S. Watson Group and Institute for Entrepreneurship of PolyU with a recognised qualification equivalent to Bachelor Degree level under the Qualification Framework. The 18-month course covers sales and marketing, customer management, information technology, human resources, merchandising and supply chain, store operations and strategic management and its application.

成功入職後,您將有機會入讀「零售管理高等文憑 – 超級市場連鎖店 (資歷架構第4級)」課程,此課程資歷獲教育局認可並相等於副學士級別。此外,您更有機會報讀「零售管理專業文憑 (資歷架構第5級)」,課程由屈臣氏集團及香港理工大學企業發展院共同設計及發展,資歷獲教育局認可並相等於大學學位級別。課程為期18個月並涵蓋營銷、顧客服務、資訊科技、人力資源、採購及供應鏈、店舖營運及管理策略等範疇。
