An US-based company with strong presence in luxury retail sector is now looking for junior candidate to join their regional HR team.
Our client is one of the top 10 luxury retail company with strong product profiles. It has presence in over 45 countries and continues to expand progressively. Their regional HR team is now looking for junior candidate with HR internship/HR working experience to support regional projects and all-rounded HR operation.
You will report to the Regional HR Manager for following duties:
Assist in all-rounded HR functions included but not limited to recruitment, C&B, salary bench marking, training & development and employee relation
Facilitate the implementation of HRIS system
Administer global projects with the guidance of regional HR partners
Ad-hoc projects if required.
Degree/ Diploma holder in HR/ Business Administration
Minimum 1 year of HR working experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG industry
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is required
Team player, fast-paced and organised
Immediate Availability is a must!
