Performs daily routine duties in Front Desk regarding greeting and welcoming arriving guest, guest registration, cashiering, handling room keys and guest enquiries in a most courteous, efficient and professional way.
- F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- General personal computer knowledge and operation.
- Fresh graduates with service heart are welcome.
