Front Desk In-charge

The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination work of front desk services
  • Perform reception duties at counter such as handling telephone call, incoming & outgoing mails and courier documents
  • Provide general secretarial and office administrative support
  • Assist in filing, correspondence and ad hoc projects independently and efficiently
  • Irregular working hours in weekends and public holidays if necessary
  • Immediate available preferred

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in reception duties
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant telephone manner
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Offices is a must
  • Well-versed in Chinese word processing of 倉頡 or 速成 is compulsory
  • Possessing formal secretarial training or business administration training is an advantage
