Front Desk Officer

Our client is a hospitality group with event and coworking space facilities. They are currently looking for a Front Desk Officer to join their team.

Job Description
  • Managing the front desk, calls and emails coming in through the office
  • Working with vendors to ensure the inventory, events and office needs are catered to in a timely manner
  • Encouraging participation and use of our members’ platform and network portal
  • Access card management for access cards to the building and the office, ensuring utmost security
  • Manage members and office mails
  • Providing office support
  • Support member’s move-in and move out schedules
  • Support the Centre Manager to develop best practices and process improvement to benefit service efficiency and members’ experience
  • Develop and maintain great relationship with members
  • Support in event coordination
Qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, good Mandarin is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Mature and able to work independently; Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
  • Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Able to adapt both corporate and start-up culture
