JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Duties include managing and leading the front desk team. Requires knowledge of hotel policies and procedures and the ability to lead the team based on these guidelines. 
2. Superior communication skills are necessary along with the ability to effectively lead and manage others while reporting to upper management.
3. Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
4. Ensure all staff is properly trained on all front desk operations, hotel facilities and services, local directions and safety and emergency procedures
5. Assist to motivate staff and optimize upselling revenue.

REQUIREMENT
1. High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Front Office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Willing to go the extra mile and has a real passion in hospitality
4. Comprehensive knowledge about tourist attraction

5. Good writing skills and speaking skills
