Responsibilities:

  • To check-in and check-out room guests
  • To be familiar with the hotel’s services and facilities and have accurate city information
  • To supervise Front Desk Service Associates to perform duties

Requirements:

  • F.5 or Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years Front Desk experience in Hotel industry
  • Familiar with reception and cashier function, able to supervise Front Desk Service Associates to perform duties
  • Good interpersonal skill and customer-oriented
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
