We provide extensive on-the-job training programmes of approximately 16 weeks with tailor made modular training packs, e-learning apps and off the job training workshops in our Pret Academy in Causeway Bay and great trainers in shops.

The Front of House Supervisor runs a Pret shop’s front of house area and leads the Front of House team. They are responsible for creating an efficient, welcoming, safe environment within which our staff can engage and wow our customers. The core responsibilities are making sure team members are always looking smart and professional, cash handling and till issuing, managing the queue and speed of service, providing amazing service on the shop floor, delegating and following up on cleaning and health and safety issues and daily ordering. They motivate and support their team; they take pride in catching people doing things right.
