Front Office Clerk

Shamrock Hotel

Job duties:

  • Provide check-in and check-out services for guests
  • Handle incoming calls and manage tenant general enquiries
  • Make appropriate rooms assignment for arriving guests
  • Maintain daily room availability control
  • Ensure all Hotel standards and service standards are delivered to guests


  • F.5 certificate or above.
  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Preferably with working 1 year or above experience in Hotel industry.
