Fulfillment Officer (Contract) V Credit Card Centre

  • 5-day week


  • Provide administration support to credit card Fulfillment Team, e.g. process credit card maintenance forms and handle returned mail
  • Assist to process Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS), card replacement/ maintenance and hold card request
  • Assist to perform embossing card reconciliation and record
  • Assist to prepare MIS report for Customer Support Section


  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • 1 - 2 years clerical working experience, preferably in credit card or unsecured lending industry
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word & Excel
  • Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese and English
