Full-time and Part-time Administrator

  1. Manage the center’s class schedule, and administration records.
  2. Introduce course details and answer enquiries from email, phone calls, what’s app etc.
  3. Greet all customers, and students.
  4. Prepare and print invoices and receipts.
  5. Provide administration support to the teachers.
  6. Maintain the center’s appearance.


  1. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  2. Fluent in Cantonese.  Fluency in Mandarin would be a plus.
  3. Cheerful and pleasant personality, with a love for children.
  4. Good computer skills. Especially in MS Office.
  5. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and organisational skills.
  6. Reliable, responsible and punctual.
  7. Ability to work independently.
  8. Preferably have at least 1 year of working experience in an administrative or customer service position (preferably in school or educational centre setting).
  9. Secondary school graduate or above.
  10. HKID card holder with permission to work in Hong Kong.
