The Company
After a successful launch in Causeway Bay in July 2014, Jamie’s Italian by Jamie Oliver opened a second restaurant in Harbour City in May 2015. Jamie’s Italian is operated in Hong Kong by Big Cat Group, which has acquired the exclusive franchise rights to develop and operate the brand in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.
We are a relatively young company with BIG ideas. Our ambition is to bring an outstanding Jamie’s Italian dining experience to the Greater China consumer, and we’re aiming to launch a number of restaurants across the region in the next five years. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and committed individual to become an integral part of our management team in Taiwan.

Greet customers at the door and be positive ensuring a great initial impression
Organize the floor and seat customers where possible
Communicate clearly and pro-actively on wait times.
Location: Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui
