The Role:

  • Provide thorough customer hotline service in a quality manner and answer telephone enquiries
  • Input customer enquiries, sales and customers’ information by operating computers

資歷:

  • 中學或以上程度
  • 能操流利廣東話、英語及菲律賓語/印尼語
  • 擁有良好英文書寫能力
  • 懂基本電腦操作
  • 態度誠懇親切,以客為先,有責任感
  • 具備1年或以上有關客戶服務經驗者優先

The Person:

  • Secondary education level or above
  • Proficient in spoken Chinese, English and Tagalog / Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good written English
  • Computer literate
  • Enthusiastic, sincere, customer-oriented and responsible
  • year experience in customer service field is preferred

工作時間 :

  • 每星期工作 5.5 至 6 天 (包括星期一至六)
  • 須輪班當值 (工作時段由上午8:00至下午8:00)

Working Hours :

  • 5.5-6 days per week (Including Monday to Saturday)
  • Shift duty is required (Working hours from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.)
