Full Time / Part-Time Account Clerk

The job

  • Responsible for A/R, A/P and accounting reconciliations
  • Data entry and accounting reports
  • Manage office routine, filing, etc
  • Perform ad hoc assignments if needed
  • Liaise with external and internal parties for the daily operational issues


  • F.6 or above with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Certificate in Accountancy, LCC I
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel
  • Have knowledge in MYOB preferred but not necessary
  • Chinese Word Processing (a must)
  • Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure
  • Immediate available
  • If apply for part-time, appropriate candidate must need to work at least 6 hours per day / 5 days a week
