Job Responsibilities:-

  • Prepare daily sales report to management
  • Maintain account receivable sub-ledger
  • Liaise with bank, credit card company and other business partners
  • Maintain accounts payable sub-ledger
  • Reconcile vendor statement and prepare payment via internet banking/cheque
  • Assist in annual audit
  • Other admin duties

Job Requirements:-

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience with numeric mind
  • Patient and detail minded
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and under pressure 

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
