Full-time / Part-time Customer Service Officer

  • Promote education services actively, assist students the enrollment procedure
  • Provide pre and post student services
  • Handle customers enquires and follow up cases by coordinating with partner teams
  • Carry out daily operations of the campus and provide general administration support to the team
  • Perform other ad hoc duties when required
  • Full-time: 5-day work and on shift duty
  • Part-time: Must be available to work at night on weekdays and day time on weekend



  • Matriculate or above with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, data processing, clerical or administrative support; OR Diploma holder/University graduate with less years of experience will also be considered
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Diligent and detail-minded.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available preferred

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
