Work closely with other team members to support the financial statements preparation and other reports
Record transactions such as bookkeeping of invoices, bank reconciliations, fund transactions analysis etc
Liaise with clients to request accounting documents and enquiries
Support the team and clients on other reports such as fund correspondence and notices etc
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in fund services environment on fund admin duties
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work in collaboration with other team members
Excellent communication skills in fluent English
Organized, detail-mined, and highly self-motivated
Accounting graduates with a strong academic track and a suitable accounting focused degree
