Fund Operation Officer

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the fund management or related industry
  • Good knowledge in fund dealing and administration
  • Solid experience in using EXCEL for preparing reports
  • Self-motivated and ability to resolve issues
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a MUST

Job Duties:
  • Support in daily fund operations such as reconciliations, cash management, trade processing, subscription and redemption
  • Calculate daily NAV and related function for authorized fund and hedge fund
  • Maintain and prepare accurate daily/weekly/monthly fund reports by using fund operating systems
  • Work closely with the team to identify, analyze, schedule to formulate solutions and report the portfolio risk management issues
  • Handle registration process such as securities account opening
  • Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory and company requirements
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned
