FVP/VP, Business Analytics & Campaign Management

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaigns to ensure error-free and on-time campaign execution, support timely campaign tracking and post-campaign analysis
  • Formulate business analyses and/or initiate the development of appropriate propensity models to support business growth
  • Work with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to come up with different cross-sell and segmentation strategies, and to implement a 'test, learn & rollout' discipline
  • Identify trends and business opportunities from regular business reports, communicate findings and make recommendations to Marketing, Credit and Senior Management
  • Provide guidance to junior analysts and to develop their analytical & presentation skill
  • Participate in the design, development and maintenance of analytical data-marts

Requirements

  • University Degree in Management Science/Statistics/Computer Science
  • Minimum 8 years experience in quantitative analysis, and consumer finance /insurance/banking related business
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Strong analytical with good understanding of different statistical methodologies and knowledge of scorecard development
  • Detail-oriented, strong business sense, influencing skill, negotiation skill, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership skill
  • Experience in SAS/Python/R/SQL/OLAP/Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
