Service opportunity Identification within assigned territory (assisted by marketing)
Work with sales team to drive service pre-sale engagement including solution design, workload estimation, service pricing, also need to work with GCG and global team to identify right resources for project implementation.
Manage project finance, risk etc. to ensure successful project delivery with good project finance result and customer satisfaction.
Achieve HK / GCG revenue and profit target
Manage backlog and pipeline to maintain good team utilization.
Watson FSS service ecosystem development to build flexible resource model.
Minimum of 5 years services experience with strong financial background and Cognitive skills, able to deliver complex solutions and products under Watson FSS.
Large Fintech and RegTech project pre-sale / delivery experiences.
Proven ability to manage highly complex and large projects, should have fully life cycle experiences including pre-sales, delivery and replication.
Good knowledge of the financial markets
Strong knowledge of risk management and the derivatives marketplace an advantage
Strong customer facing skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong writing skills
Fit in with R&C team, culture etc.
