General Clerk (Company Secretary Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily documentary tasks
  • Provide daily clerical support such as data entry and maintain the filing system for the department
  • Responsible for handling general office administration work and Provide support to the Reception Desk
  • To handle any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • DSE or F.5 above
  • Good knowledge in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • No experience required but related working experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in CSA will be an advantage
  • High integrity, responsible and detail orientated individual with good commands of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
