Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects
  • Follow up with customer enquiries

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience in clerical / customer service/ Sales / Retail
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with strong customer focus
  • Responsible with positive attitude, independent, reliable, proactive and assertive
