General Clerk - Customer Service (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting to product development department for sample development, bulk order follow up and reporting
  • Sample photo shooting
  • Daily communications with suppliers to update progress of shipments delivery and projects
  • Ad hoc tasks required
  • Liaison with factories is required 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 /DSE or above
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC Skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, well-organized and willing to learn
  • With clerical experience and immediate available would be advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
