About the opportunity:

The role is to assist the reservations or bookings through internal and external systems. Answer customers’ enquiries by providing accurate and updated hotel information. Assist department head to smooth the daily operational duties.


  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year work experience in travel industry is preferable;
  • Good command of Japanese is a must;
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills - Microsoft Office;
  • Good communication, interpersonal & customer service skill;
  • Shift duties on Saturday and public holiday is required;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
