To cope with our expansion, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:-

General Clerk / Marketing Support Clerk

Job Ref.Nexus-GC0108

Job Responsibilities

To provide office admin service, clerical support and assist in daily routines in Marketing Department
Assist in data entry and document filling
Record and update databases
Assist in admin support of seminars / exhibitions
Source corporate premiums and souvenirs, and responsible for stock management and quality control
Assist in preparation of marketing materials
Handle correspondence and assignments timely, accurately and independently
Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized and responsible
Any other ad hoc projects to be assigned

Job Requirements

F.5 / DSE or above
1 year’s clerical experience is preferable but not essential
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word and Excel
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Immediately available is highly preferred
