Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Assist in issuing invoices
  • Handle customers/Tradelink declarations
  • Support ad-hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Major in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
  • Passion to develop in the Logistics industry
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated and adaptable
  • Detail-minded, fast and accurate typing skills
  • Good in oral Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Competent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Preferably to work 3-4 days a week
