Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting and documenting all technical information from the ships, workshops, and vendors
  • Assist Technical Superintendent with coordination of quotations and cost comparisons
  • Follow up on advance payments, make necessary entries in the cost book and liaise with suppliers, forwarders, vessels agents and the vessel for speedy dispatch.
  • Make arrangements for documents to be delivered on or off vessels
  • Documents housekeeping as per company requirements
  • Filing for all technical paper received from the vessels in their respective files
  • Physical labor work such as removing heavy drawings/documents from wooden crates
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager


Jobs Requirements:

  • Form 5, IVE or Diploma of any faculty
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude
  • Fresh graduates with a good attitude are highly preferred
