RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling Telephone Calls and Greet Visitors
  • Coordinate Incoming and Outgoing Mails, such as Documents and Courier Services
  • Meeting Room Booking and Setup
  • Handling Office Surrounding and Security Management
  • Handling General Administrative Duties, Provide Office Administration Support and other Work
  • Maintain Filing System
  • Manage the Company Database
  • Prepare Quotation
  • Sampling Follow Up

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At Least 1 Year Relevant Working Experience
  • Excellent in Telephone Manner and Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proficient in Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good Team Player and Able to Work Independently
  • Independent, Initiative, Well-Organized and Details-Minded
  • Pleasant and Independent with Good Working Attitude and Strong Sense of Responsibility
  • Immediate Available is Preferred
