Job Duties

  • Providing administrative and clerical support in association of human resource management
  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Handling daily office opera tion including but not limited to data entry,  office supplies & shop inventory
  • Handling  payroll, MPF and staff record
  • Handling documentation and filing
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc projects when necessary


Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Native in Cantonese, good written and spoken English will be an advantage
  • Familiar with PC operation (including but not limited to Chinese Word Processing, MS Office, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Knowledge in photo-editing software is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
