General Manager – Consulting Department

  • Manage & maintain good relationship with existing clients by providing quality services
  • Exploring potential clients for promoting Company’s immigration consultancy services
  • Understand clients’ requirements and work out proposal based on their needs
  • Manage a team of Sales Consultants to support growth of businesses
  • Assist team members in developing the most appropriate solution to clients
  • Identify and co-ordinate training programs for different product knowledge
  • Provide presentation in different seminars


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in service industry or B2C are preferred
  • Strong leadership with good coaching skills as well as a good team-player
  • Presentable with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fast learner, Self-motivated, detail minded and problem solver
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
