Our Hong Kong Headquarters is looking for high caliber candidates for the following position:

General Manager, Commercial Management

  • Reporting to Business Unit Head, the candidate will oversee and manage overall operations of Commercial Management Department, which is the single largest operator of Chinese freshmarkets in Hong Kong;
  • Develop and maintain short & long term business plans;
  • Provide leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and operational requirements of wet markets;
  • Monitor the performance of leasing portfolios of wet markets and drive quality improvement on wet market environment, formulate strategic marketing plan and brand building initiatives;
  • Solicit new business development opportunities to drive business growth;
  • Lead project bidding and related activities;
  • Drive process review and re-engineering for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality;
  • Manage landlord and client relationship;
  • Review monthly financial statements of the business and to oversee expenses control; manage cost, budget and financial performance;


  • Bachelor Degree holder preferred in business, property or financial discipline;
  • 6 years or above managerial experience in business operations, leasing, property management or marketing of commercial property;
  • Strong business acumen, good organizational and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
