Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and evaluate the long-term corporate planning and international affairs to align with business growth and contingency plans;
  • Supervise the legal service team, provide timely legal support to the internal department, includes but not limited to, provide legal advice to stakeholders and revise on the legal contracts;
  • Act as a gate-keeper to minimize company’s legal or contractual risks to protect company’s interests and reputation;
  • Review the contract management system and communicate internally to streamline and enhance the legal compliance procedure and promote internally to make sure that internal employees are aware of the system;
  • Ensure compliance with the internal guidelines and governmental laws and regulations;
  • Strengthen the corporate governance and compliance by conducting internal departmental audits, identifying foreseeable risks and providing guidelines and suggestion to advance the practices;
  • Liaise and build relationships with CAD and regularly engage with the governmental bodies in reviewing the regulatory changes within aviation sector;
  • Disseminate instructions, circulars and information in addition to issuing administrative, organisational and technical decisions necessary to fulfil endorsed plans and executive programs
Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in regulatory, legal related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10-year experience in airline, transportation, logistics, property or any other sizeable corporate;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Effective communicator across departments internally and towards external stakeholders;
  • Capable of understanding complexed business model, willing to learn and passionate about airline business

  • Possess customer focused mindset and strong business acumen;
  • High degree of resilience and drive to change;
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight timeline
