Responsibilities: -

  • Report directly to the managing director
  • Manage the sales, marketing and operation issues in wholesale and retail business
  • Develop a strong brand strategy and direction for the long term business development of the company
  • Improvement planning to drive operations efficiency
  • Sourcing from local and overseas to enrich the product categories
  • Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
  • Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies

 

 Education Requirements: -

  • Applicant should be a graduate in management, sales or marketing stream
  • Applicant with an associate degrees and professional certificate courses available in the field of retail & wholesale management and administration are also preferred

 

Job Requirements: -

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Management position in a Retail & Trading office environment;
  • Previous experience and steady track record in managing an operation of sales and operation teams as well as good understanding of general office management and administrative responsibilities;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization;
  • solid and stable track record of P/L
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
