Job Role:

  • Enhance existing accounting and financial controls in place
  • Implement best practices, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency with proper internal control activities embedded.
  • Evaluate compliance with existing company’s policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed.
  • Drive governance to build and sustain solid internal control environment.
  • Standardize, streamline and automate key business and financial processes to strengthen control consciousness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness from control and operation perspective.
  • Conduct investigation as needed to protect Group's assets and assurance of its optimal usage
  • Adequate and effective implementation of internal control system.
  • Foster a quality-oriented environment stressing continuous improvement in everything we do.
  • Facilitate development and implementation of policies and procedures that champions, supports and delivers changes to enhance internal control environment
  • Transfer Best Practices through shares knowledge and skills with others to build broader control capability
  • Foster the development of future IC managers of the Company by providing appropriate training and performance and career counseling to staff.
  • Support and Partner with Business to implement and maintain strong internal control and risk management systems
