Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the board in making long-term strategy planning and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of strategies in accordance with guidelines approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operational model and operational execution to achieve the realization of business objectives.
  • Keep update on worldwide economic trends, legislation and compliance requirements to assess the underlying effects to the company in commercial, political and legal aspects.
  • Ensure operational functions meet the standard of the company and all activities are in compliance with government regulatory and risk management.
  • Evaluate and identify areas for improvement of the operational strategies, management systems and operational procedures.
  • Develop detailed business plans and establish business and performance budgets for all functional teams and monitor their individual performances.
  • Lead senior executives to develop business objectives to ensure the operations are in line with the company's objectives, profitability and long-term growth.
  • Ensure strong functional team work between all departments to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial and management reporting for the Board of Directors.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with extensive executive-level experience in property development, sales and marketing and business development
  • Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Political awareness, professional expertise, financial orientation, cross cultural awareness, organization astuteness and team spirit
  • Excellent leadership, analytical power and management skill to motivate and lead all functional teams with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
  • Excellent command of written English and Chinese, fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
  • Business travel is required
