Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a winning, professional, and well-trained service staff that consistently exceeds the expectations of guests at a fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Oversee management of customer relations, and management of CRM data.
  • Work with the chefs on marketing and promotional activities, and coordinate campaigns with third party public relations partners.
  • Direct service staff during operational hours.
  • Coordinate payroll, sales reports and payments with third-party accounting consultant.
  • Monitor stocks of food and beverage
  • Liaise with legal team and government agencies as needed with regards to staff visas, housing, health and hygiene inspections, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth operations at the restaurant.

Requirements and Desired Skills

  • Language: English fluency required, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency preferred
  • Demonstrated success in white-glove service, 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurants a plus
  • Beverage and Wine Purchasing Knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to drive an excellent guest experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
