Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Group Vice President and drive a team to fulfill continuous improvement in the aspect of business structure, process, cost control, policy & system, and initiate other change possibilities to ensure the delivery of high quality service.
  • Formulate strategies and establish SMART objectives, pay a close monitoring on the execution and management, including budget planning, sales target and business growth.
  • Keep abreast of industry and market news, explore new business opportunities and develop innovative service offerings.
  • Build and maintain a good and long-term relationship with the Principals, Property Management and Contractors and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Facility / Property Management, Real Estate or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' of successful management experience in the profession of facility management, with an exposure in major cleaning services projects for Grade A Commercial Building, Government Property, Shopping Arcades or any large scale premises.
  • A self-starter with strong analytical skills and proactive attitude.
  • Good business acumen and strategic mindset, strong sense of commitment and client-oriented.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak fluent Mandarin is a plus.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.

Candidate with a proven track record at senior management level, taking a leading role on promoting company development in hospitality industry or service-oriented organizations will be considered as Assistant General Manager.
