Overseeing multiple domain specific IT team’s (Finance, HRIS, Actuarial/Risk systems, etc.), you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders from different entities to understand their current pressure points and future objectives and translate those needs into an aligned regional IT roadmap. You will pioneer and drive specific transformations by creating functional strategies, hiring and developing regional teams, and managing on-going fiscal responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have come from a technical application background before having worked your way into a senior IT leadership position within a large multi-national company. You must be familiar with commercial back office applications such as SAP, EBS, PeopleSoft, etc. and experienced in leading large-scale application transformations involving large teams on and offshore teams.
