Our client is a Global MNC who is looking for Global Service Help Desk team leader to join within the team to perform Tier1 global helpdesk support along with supervising 3 subordinates. Our client is a Global MNC who is looking for Global Service Help Desk team leader to join within the team to perform Tier1 global helpdesk support along with supervising 3 subordinates. Directly report to a regional IT Manager. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.

Description

  • Manage all incoming incidents and service requests in accordance with standard procedures
  • Deliver the remote, on-site and over the phone technical support within the agreed service levels, covering desktop, mobile device, communication systems and application software
  • Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation and tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to other team members
  • Responsible for supporting end user software such as Microsoft/Mac OS, MS Office, Video Conferencing etc.

Profile

  • 2+ years experience as a Service Desk Team Leader in a professional services environment
  • SDI Certified Helpdesk Analyst and/or relevant experience preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Associates Degree in related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of BlackBerry/iPhone and latest Android devices
  • In depth knowledge of remote access technologies (i.e. Citrix)
  • Fluency in written and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English
