Global Wealth Management - Investments Business Management - Analyst

Overview: The Global Wealth Management (GWM) Investments Business Management Team supports Senior Management working with Asset Class Leaders and Investment Team Leaders to manage and execute initiatives across the Private Bank. This group also partners with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to define and implement solutions to comply with new regulations and business requirements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Job Description: The individual in this role will support initiatives across the Investments and Solutions businesses, focusing on the continued success and innovation of Global Wealth Management. Initiatives will cover diverse subject matter, product development, project management, trading and trading systems, sales management, and our risk and control agenda. Success will require working collaboratively with senior management, stakeholders across the Investments and Solutions businesses, and control function partners with a critical eye for problem solving. Responsibilities will inevitably extend from areas mentioned into others.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide key updates and deliverables for Senior Management across the Private Bank
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret large amounts of data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendation
  • Problem solve and examine business initiatives with an eye towards client, firm, advisor, and business impact
  • Partner with Client Advisors and various support functions to effect change management, new product development and adherence to risk and controls.
  • Manage sales management priorities and track progression
  • Navigate and facilitate information flow/messaging between teams


  • Ability to execute within demanding deadlines and manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic with superior organizational skills
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Confidence and skill to both develop and recommend solutions to business leaders
  • Ability to quickly analyze business practices to identify risk and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
