A fast-growing global bank is looking for an initiative and down-to-earth Team Sales Administrator to join their team on a 12month contract, temp to perm. Fresh graduated are welcome as well, as long as you are good at excel, detail oriented and with team spirit.
It is an opportunity for a candidate with previous team support experience in corporate environemnt The successful Sales Administrator will closely with the sales team to assist with the smooth running of the team in admin side: provide basic admin, generate sales report, arrange meetings and travel arrangement, creating and updating forecast spreadsheets, sales presentations, report and contact sheets; handle any enquiries from internal and external parties; produce correspondence and reports; prepare Powerpoint; handle some accounts.

Prepare sales meeting/ follow up application documents
1-2 years team-admin/ sale-admin support work experience in Financial service/MNC
Fluent English and Chinese
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential and a proactive and professional approach to your work will be valued
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
