Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for Service Desk Engineer/技術支援工程師:


Service Desk Engineer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support, via phone, remote access and on-site duties
  • Working closely and cooperatively with all other teams, parties and vendors
  • Manage and support incidents and request
  • To maintain and update the divisional equipment and facilities inventory;
  • Manage Windows AD and email account
  • Manage ticketing system


Job Requirements:

  • 2 years or above experience in IT support role as a Service Desk
  • Diploma or above in IT or computer science field
  • Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
