Government Project Executive ($30,000)
- Degree with Chinese and English have met Level 2 in CRE, or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience at administrative / managerial position in government or public service s ector, including experiencei n funding schemes
- To assist in processing relatively simple and straightforward PASS funding applications, such as seeking clarifications / supplementary information from applicants, vetting the proposed budget items, drafting initiaql assessment reports, finalizing project proposals with successful applicants, preparing project agreements, etc
- To assist in monitoring smaller-scale PASS funded projects
- To provide logistics support for meetings, briefings and various promotion and publicity activities relevant to PASS
- To maintain and update the PASS databases; etc
