As a Senior Accountant at Goxip, your role is to assist the head of accounting and internal control in ensuring the integrity of the accounting, reporting and finance operations processes of all Goxip entities. 

You will also have the mission to manage further automation and process improvement in the finance operations. You should have a solid experience in accounting, business acumen and the ability to be hands-on. Solid organization skills and a proactive and solution-oriented mindset are critical to succeed in this role.



The candidate will be the process owner for one of our key finance cycle – Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay

  • Responsible for debt collection and payment control functions
  • Maintain receivable summary by revenue nature and update settlement from bank/payment platforms
  • Report collection status as routine basis and liaise settlement with internal and external parties 
  • Manage payment to vendors, business partners and staff reimbursements on time and accurate manner
  • Provide projection and forecasts
  • Manage process optimization and automation initiatives



  • Assist in month-end closing, full set of entity level and consolidated accounts, monthly financial reports, and other reports as required by management
  • Prepare G/L and cash vouchers online and support in cash flow forecast and other reports preparation
  • Monitor internal control and assist operational team and sales team in cost management
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Degree in accounting / professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting 
  • Diligent and consistently delivering quality work; high ethics and integrity
  • Strong in local accounting rules and IFRS
  • Past experience in audit firm an advantage
  • Advanced excel skills, good working knowledge of accounting software
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese preferred   
  • Experienced with Xero or similar accounting software
