Responsibilities

  • Handle customers enquires in relation to account opening and other banking products and services with quality customer service via phone, livechat and emails in a professional manner
  • Handle customer’s complaint in accordance with the regulatory requirements and internal policies/procedures
  • Manage outbound review check and support tasks of the Operations Department
  • Provide high quality service and professional advice to customer
  • Create the MIS reports for the team heads and user manual for
  • Support the team by creating user manuel, reviewing operation procedures and providing quality insights
  • Assist ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team heads from time to time

Requirement

  • Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service
  • Good problem-solving capabilities with an enquiring mind
  • Good report analytics skill
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
  • Eager to learn with positive attitude
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
