As a consultancy, Gravitas has rapidly grown from 4 individuals to 150+ in 8 years. Our Hong Kong office now holds close to 45 individuals with over 30 consultants & a ratio of 1 senior manager to every 6 consultants. Role’s Requirements:

  • Fluent English (necessary)
  • Fluent Cantonese (preferred)
  • Committed to building a career in recruitment
  • Sales or recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply


Role's Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Marketing direct to clients and public advertisements
  • Publicize job openings and status updates on LinkedIn and social media
  • Source and screen CVs, interview candidates for vacancies
  • Market mapping, headhunting and candidate “Business Development"
  • Undertake reference checks
  • Negotiate salaries and contracts
