Job Duties:

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the group and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels;
  • Managing the Group CRM to ensure that the group can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers;
  • Planning, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising, with performance monitoring and measurement;
  • Developing and executing integrated online strategy with wider group marketing plan;
  • Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the group/hotels and maximizing business opportunities;
  • Utilizing a range of techniques to use SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums and other social media experience to general leads;
  • Review new technologies and keep the group/hotel at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or related disciplines;
  • 8-10 years of overall marketing experience with an expertise in CRM, direct and digital marketing and managing SEO and affiliate programmes; Candidate with more experience would be considered as Group Senior Digital Marketing Manager;
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and the best practice and demonstrate experience in leading and managing CRM, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies;
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns and optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics;
  • knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
